  1. Anonymous11/7/15 23:52

The Group B matches will be very interesting. All 4 teams have from 3 points each.

  2. Anonymous13/7/15 22:18

The penalty in Spain - Netherlands was really soft.

  3. Anonymous14/7/15 00:02

Good performance by Ekberg in Russia-Germany
    1) Full control in crucial game that was undecided until the end
    2) Identification of simulation (GER#8 in min54) and reckless tackles (GER#5 in min57 & RUS#7 in min58
Two YC's in min57-58 also had a positive impact on the game and Ekberg's disciplinary control. The game threatened to become more violent at that moment, but these two YC's immediately calmed down the atmosphere.
    3) Very good physical condition and movement (flexible diagonal, enters penalty are when necessary)
    To improve
    1) Too central positioning at corner-kicks and free-kicks around the penalty area resulting in interference with play (without touching the ball)
    2) Missed YC for obvious SPA by GER#8 in min30
    3) Management of dissent by Russia in min62 (correct no foul on RUS#10, GER#10 plays the ball) : improve communication skills and body language
    IMO mark should be 8.3

  4. Anonymous14/7/15 10:16

    My predection for SF

Russia-Greece Georgi Kabakov (BUL) 4th: Marco Guida (ITA)
France-Spain Anthony Taylor (ENG) 4th: Andreas Ekkberg (SWE)

Tamas Bognar (HUN) 4th: Treimanis, Andris (LVA)

  5. I'm sure that Kabakov will go home.

Semifinals to Treimanis and either Ekberg or Guida.
    Final should go to Taylor.

Assistants are more difficult, I guess the Danish and Serbian AR have good chances for the final.

  6. Anonymous14/7/15 11:54

I'm sure assistants from Switzerland (offside goal in France-Ukraine) and Luxembourg (wrong disallowed goal in Greece-Austria) will go home.

    1. Anonymous14/7/15 15:36

I don't think there was an offside goal in France-Ukraine. There were rather two great onside calls on two goals by the swiss AR.

    2. Anonymous14/7/15 16:07

      0/2 my friend.

    3. Anonymous14/7/15 16:49

    4. Anonymous14/7/15 18:57

Please rewatch the highlights of the match on uefa.org - clear offside before the goal of Ukraine.

    5. Anonymous14/7/15 22:33

      Anonymous 4:49 PM

I meant that Jobin and Fernandez are staying.

  7. Anonymous14/7/15 16:11

2 referees and 4 assistants plus the 2 FO are leaving today.

    1. Anonymous14/7/15 16:50

      probably Bognar and Kabakov

    2. Anonymous14/7/15 18:41

Bognar why? He didnt missed i think...

    3. Anonymous14/7/15 19:08

      Kabakov has gone.

      Bognar stays.

    4. Anonymous14/7/15 19:09

the worst presence from all the officials, lacking in communication, many minor errors, not a perspective referee

  8. Anonymous14/7/15 19:10

    My predictions

Russia - Greece: Ekberg (SWE) FO Taylor (ENG)

Spain - France: Treimanis (LVA) FO: Bognar (HUN)

    Final Taylor FO: Treimanis (LVA)

  9. Confirmed names who stay in Greece.

Tamás Bognar (HUN, 4th off. only probably), Andreas Ekberg (SWE), Anthony Taylor (ENG), Andris Treimanis (LVA)

= Guida and Kabakov have been sent home

    Assistant referees staying in Greece:

Ricardo Fernandes (LUX), Vital Jobin (SUI), Nemanja Petrovic (SRB), Dennis Rasmussen (DEN)

= Petr Blazej (CZE), Tomaz Klancnik (SVN), Dejan Nedelkoski (MKD) and Neeme Neemlaid have been sent home
